  • Utilize pipeline hydraulic simulation models to determine steady state and transient seasonal pipeline system capacity, including available capacity based on existing contracted capacity
  • Work with Business Developers to come up with new pipeline and compression system designs for potential expansion projects
  • Develop conceptual cost estimates for potential expansion projects using already developed conceptual cost estimating tools
  • Support FERC filings associated with new prior notice and Section 7c applications (Exhibit G, Resource Report 10 Alternatives, project fuel studies)
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to identify high value capacity paths and determine ways to maximize and expand as needed
  • Work with Gas Control to identify ways to operate the pipeline more efficiently to minimize fuel and CO2 emissions and identify economic fuel savings and emissions reduction projects
  • Update company Electronic Bulletin Boards with pipeline segment and receipt/delivery meter design capacities
  • Work closely with Gas Control and Operations to perform operational studies as requested
  • Work closely with Project Management, Gas Control, Scheduling and Operations to determine capacity impacts associated with facility outages
  • Work closely with Marketing and Contract Services to manage and track pipeline system capacity as well as review and approve new transportation service agreements
