Position Description:
Position Purpose:
As a Senior Analyst, Online Personalization you will work closely with our Audience Marketing teams, UX teams, creative designers, technology developers and Product managers, to ensure successful and efficient execution of the digital experience for key identified audiences. In this role, you will help ensure efficient and successful digital experiences by connecting the dots from the ‘why’ (business requirements) to the ‘what’ (functional requirement) and the ‘how’ (technical requirements). Agnostic of technology platform or business function, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in discerning the goals of the business, translating them into distinct requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

This position will analyze and leverage customer information and behaviors as well as competitive bench-marking to identify areas necessary to optimize the customer research/shopping experience on both our earned and owned channels. Ultimately these improvements will result in improved customer and associate satisfaction, increased traffic and sales, and improved conversion. This role is an opportunity to be at the leading edge of truly channel-interconnected retail leadership, while further building functional skills in marketing. Successful candidates will showcase ability to action upon data analysis, excellent project management skills and have experience managing a variety of stakeholders. While also able to explain complex concepts and analytical to non-analytic peers and internal partners and lastly being a champion of our test design/concepts, building presentations, gaining alignment of our business partner and being the SME for all online personalization testing.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
25% Collaborates with Partners - Coordinate with various teams, including internal and external partners involved in channel execution, data science and marketing strategies to produce high quality outcomes

40% Executive on Deliverables - Execute on project deliverables based on team and Home Depot digital marketing priorities. Completes high quality work within time constraints. Utilizes independent discretion to solve problems

35% Job Logic - Maintains and uses discretion and technical knowledge to improve existing data and campaign job logic

Position Reports to Senior Manager, Online Personalization Audience Marketing.
No direct reports.


Environmental Job Requirements:
Environment:
1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Standard Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience:
4 years

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to translate digital marketing problems into marketing projects
- Excellent project management and executive communication skills
- Strong Digital Marketing and Data Analysis Skills
- Working knowledge of Excel and file processing
- Strong background in SQL and Relational Databases
- Strong background in coding and development, especially Python
- Experience with multiple digital marketing platforms including DMP/DSPs, email service providers, personalization and content management tools, and channel activation platforms
- Ability and willingness to operate in a highly cross-functional environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others
