Position Description:
The Assistant Installation Manager (AIM) supports the Branch Installation Manager in the efficient movement of Home Depot Installation Services (HDIS) projects through the installation process. The AIM oversees and manages the installation process for assigned jobs from beginning to completion of the in-home-sale to the satisfaction of the customer. The AIM is responsible for job start badge compliance, conducting job audits and job site inspections, and driving store connectivity and customer service. Additionally, the AIM is responsible for supporting the Branch Installation Manager in meeting and exceeding performance standards and financial metrics as it relates to the efficient completion of jobs, timely installation of jobs in the pipeline and voice of the customer surveys.


35% - Responsible for owning the customer experience, setting the standard for service excellence, and resolving escalated customer issues.
25% - Responsible for meeting/exceeding performance standards related to: timely measure and installation, concessions, open services, and voice of the customer
20% - Manage the efficient movement of all jobs sold through the installation process in partnership with the Sales and Administration teams.
20% - Responsible for job start badge compliance, conducting job audits and jobsite inspections. Ensures site and warehouse safety standards and compliance.


This position reports to Branch Installation Manager
This position has 3+ direct reports


Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes or odors.


Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Additional Environmental Job Requirements:

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
