The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the services process in the branch in addition to SAP/Care Customer tickets. The Coordinator will work with the Customer Service Center, field managers and installers to schedule services, meet customer expectations and resolve customer service issues.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
40%-Schedule open services with customers and installers.
10%-Place product re-orders when needed and track to ETA to schedule services.
10%-Open new service orders for customers that call in.
20%-Manager services to resolution on a daily basis by using reports and communicating with customers, installers and the Customer Service Center.
10%-Close completed services by making completion calls to customers to confirm satisfaction.
10%-Responsible for resolution of SAP/Care Customer tickets by contacting customers and working with field installation teams and Customer service Center to resolve issues.

This position reports to Branch Installation Manager

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant condition
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
