Driver Associates are responsible for loading orders onto trucks, delivering orders to the appropriate location and unloading orders. Because the Driver is many times the last associate to interact with a customer, the level of service they provide is vital to the overall business of Home Depot. The condition of the product upon delivery and the timeliness of this delivery can largely shape the customer service experience for many of Home Depot's high volume customers. It is essential that the Driver gain familiarity with the products, product location and store layout to provide the most efficient and highest quality service to our customers. Driving through the communities that surround our stores, the Driver must uphold Home Depot's core values and project a positive image to the residents of these communities.
