Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
The Manager, Health and Productivity is responsible for serving as a medical resource for field policy procedure regarding health and productivity management.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

20% Act as a medical partner for Environmental Health and Safety in the field
20% Work collaboratively with Worker's Compensation
15% Disability Management process/Change Management process/Case Management
10% HIPPA Compliance
10% OSHA Regulations
10% Vendor Management
10% Medical and Health Management evidence-based programs (ex. Building Better Health); Return to Work Programs
5% First Aid/First Responder where appropriate;

NATURE AND SCOPE

Position reports to the Director, Health and Productivity
No direct responsibility for supervising others

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant condition
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Registered Nurse
Education Required:

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
