We're currently sourcing highly-skilled candidates for the following position: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (ASM) Assistant Store Managers (ASMs) work with the Store Manager to drive sales and profitability, while providing leadership to Department Supervisors and Associates. In addition, ASMs are responsible for inspiring associates to embrace and achieve goals that enhance the customer experience. ASMs are assigned to Merchandising, Specialty Sales, Operations, or at certain stores, Night Operations. The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Manager include:
- Working with the Store Manager to drive maximum profitability
- Analyzing market trends in order to set and monitor sales goals
- Ensuring store inventory meets customer demand
- Training and supervising store and specialty staff associates
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
