Your Responsibilities:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
• Administration of systems based on Unix platforms.
• Provision of day-to-day operational support for servers.
• Performing related duties as assigned or requested
• Work according to standards and procedures affecting Unix Operations solutions
• Discovery of and participation in projects, improvements initiatives and standardization affecting all services and environments supported by Unix Operations
• Assistance to the Business with their projects, solution designs and developments on top of Unix platforms.
Administration, maintenance and day-to-day support for organization’s Unix Solutions based on Linux & Solaris platforms. Administration, ongoing support, standardization and improvements for operating systems on approved platforms which are under Global Unix Operations support. Assisting the Business with their projects on top of Unix platforms. Working with Engineering & Automation in order to implement service improvements.

Basic qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
• Bachelor’s degree or advance studies in Systems Engineering, IT or related career.
• Advance English Level
• 2+ years of experience in a Linux/Unix OS system administration role.
• Red Hat Knowledge or equivalent Unix based Operating Systems
• Team Player
• Good Customer Service skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good problem solving skills

Preferred qualifications:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or equivalent from other platforms (Oracle/Solaris/AIX)
