We have several opportunities available across the Pharmaceutical business:
• Commercial Systems & Process Associate
As part of the Commercial Excellence team, you will be responsible for ccollaborating with regional/global stakeholders related to updates to systems and how this will be managed and communicated, maintaining systems for the commercial teams and field-based sales teams. You will work cross functionally and engage with key stakeholders across Sales Capability, IT Support, Brand Managers, Sales leaders, Medical team and Business Insights. This opportunity suits those that enjoy bringing people on the journey of change and ensuring processes are fit for purpose with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Compliance Analyst
As a member of the Global Ethics and Compliance team, you will develop an understanding of how multinational organisations such as GSK prioritise and manage compliance and business risk. Each day will be varied and challenging, you will play a role in supporting all business units and commercial functions. You will have an opportunity to work cross functionally and with the Australian Executive Leadership Team. Risk management is of fundamental importance in all organisations irrespective of size and the transferrable skills that you will gain in this role including; risk management, compliance, communication and stakeholder engagement will act as a great foundation for your future career aspirations in any industry.
• Government Affairs & Market Access Associate
In this role, you will provide support to the Government Affairs and Reimbursement & Pricing teams on key strategic projects including: policy research, writing and coordination; political and policy monitoring; and support for the preparation of reimbursement (i.e. the process of applying for Government subsidy for public access to a medicine or vaccine) or reimbursement policy-related submissions. The role enables both depth and breadth in exposure to Government policy and decision making. You’ll have the opportunity to lead GSK’s monitoring and analysis of specific issues (e.g. manufacturing policy issues), but also work across a breadth of issues from Medicare policy to vaccines assessment processes to tax policy. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross functionally and develop an in-depth understanding of the business and industry.
