Context: Performance & Startegy Department is building up the Portfolio Management System to govern all projects and programs running on Site related to business strategic and improvement initiatives. Are, therefore, in scope, all projects/programs aimed to implement big changes and involving several Site and Global Functions.
Project description: Support the current Portfolio Monitoring execution (collecting projects progress info/criticalities, preparing reports and dashboards) and, in parallel, contribute to the implementation of the new Portfolio software tool (project started, design phase on going)
Competencies the intern will develop thanks to the internship experience: Knowledge of Project Management Basics as per PMI workframe, understanding of Portfolio Management processes, Site Business oversight
