Your Responsibilities:
We are a team of IT experts, who provide excellent services for GSK sites worldwide on a daily basis. As a part of a global healthcare company, we work in a multinational environment, support around 100 000 GSK employees and over 20 000 systems in the entire company. At present, at our office in Poznan, we employ about 700 highly-skilled professionals.

Main business areas supported by GSK IT are: Cyber security, Research & Development, CRM applications, Mobile Applications, drug production monitoring.

Joining GSK as IT Consultant, Software Developer you will be a part of a team providing service for CRM application dedicated for medical sales representatives supporting healthcare organizations and professionals.

Job description:

• Lead Digital Analytics Delivery within compliance with Agile/Scrum framework
• Act as first point of contact for impact assessment of new work items and concepts.
• Provide support to web development, Lead web analytics development and other data sources integration with Web Analytics platform of choice (Adobe Analytics in this case)
• Provide consultancy to business IT units at a high technical level in the design, testing, implementation and maintenance of Web Analytics code and tags in Tag Management System.
• Provide status on ongoing issues in timely and professional manner
• Ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and agreed risk profile
• Provide consultancy to business Tech units at a high technical level in the design, testing, implementation and maintenance of Adobe Analytics and its integrations
• To be part of the Sales and Analytics Competency Centre in Poznan (BI & DA Service) and pro-actively work with remote colleagues in supporting incidents, problems and dev ops.
• Provide thought leadership in the space of Multi-channel marketing measurement and Digital Analytics.

- Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience using HTML, JavaScript,
- Proven experience in in delivering in Agile/SCRUM and DevOps

Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science and, more specifically in Digital Analytics, Tech, Web development
- You are familiar with Digital Analytics concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, hardware, software and services in use for delivering information technology services
- Knowledge of, or certificate in Adobe suite expert is a major asset
- Scrum Master or Product Master
- ITIL Foundation
- Tealium
- JavaScript Developer
- HTML Developer
