Under the supervision of the Senior Counsellor, Compliance, the analyst supports the compliance team in the various responsibilities handled by the team.  The analyst is thorough and demonstrates strong technical skills in administration and file tracking.  


As part of your duties, you will be assigned the following responsibilities:

  • Take part in the personal transaction monitoring process and carry out the tasks and follow-ups required under the compliance programs with respect to the Code of Conduct and the Personal Trading Policy;

  • Maintain and execute the compliance processes for new employee onboarding, changes and departures;

  • Follow up with employees when there is missing information and answer their questions concerning the compliance programs as it relates to the Code of Conduct and the Personal Trading Policy;

  • Provide support for administrative tasks.


  • Diploma of College Studies (e.g., DEC in administration);

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or other securities industry or portfolio management courses are an asset. 


  • At least 3 years of experience in a support role;

  • Experience in the financial field an asset;

  • Experience in administrative support;

  • Thoroughness and extreme attention to detail;

  • Organizational skills and capacity to manage several deadlines and projects at once;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills;

  • Autonomous and able to work efficiently as part of a team;

  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel);

  • Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
