What we are looking for:

The Intern, Distribution Marketing will have the following responsibilities: marketing material maintenance and development, digital media maintenance, presentation & reporting preparation and supporting branding efforts. This position offers professional development opportunities in a highly competitive market. The Intern will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing the firm’s brand and working with the specialized investment teams to create clear and compelling materials.

Your responsibilities:

Maintenance and preparation of presentations and other marketing materials

  • Updating and maintaining material including use of different systems to automate workflows;
  • Strict application of formatting and branding standards;
  • Coordination with Compliance, following Compliance guidelines and implementing Compliance edits;
  • Interpretation of financial data and investment concepts and liaising with stakeholders to assist with various deliverables;
  • Review translated materials and update our machine translation platform to enable more accurate translations.

Marketing and branding

  • Website maintenance (text and data updates, images);
  • Email marketing campaigns utilizing Pardot and other related tools;
  • Branded material development;
  • Development of graphics.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Currently studying for a university diploma in business administration (marketing, finance, economics or a related field);
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure;
  • Fluent in French and English;
  • Incredible attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
  • Strong interest in financial markets and portfolio management will be considered an asset;
  • Resourceful, self-starter, self-sufficient and a team player.
