Domtar Paper Company LLC offers the following competitive wage & benefits package:
A starting rate of $15.00/hour with the opportunity for overtime. Progressive wage scale could result in increases to $21.07/hr. or more within 18 months of hire. Internal maintenance opportunities will likely be available in the future. Those with 2-year technical, mechanical, or electrical degrees are encouraged to apply.

We require a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of 2 years of full time work experience or post-secondary education, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment using mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends.
The selection process includes aptitude tests, board panel interviews, employment background investigation, and pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
