The mission of the Financial Systems Department is to provide service to Pulp and Paper Finance division by assessing and implementing best practices for financial systems, maintaining data quality assurance on financial data as well as liaising with IT and other business areas to manage and develop quality Information solution.
Reporting to the Director, Financial Systems, your role would be to provide support for Finance users within the Pulp and Paper group and Corporate as well as be business lead ensuring Integration between Supply Chain and Finance for ongoing Projects
- Establish controls and processes to support Pulp & Paper finance users, including ensuring smooth period end and annual budget activities, maintenance of master finance data, development of training programs for SAP finance users, maintenance of allocation rules in Impact 3C application;
- Supervising senior analysts who provide first level of support to users to solve system problems;
- Approve access of Finance users to SAP applications and ensure internal audit and Sarbanes Oxley rules are met;
- Active player in supply chain and business driven Projects for business requirements gathering, UAT coordination, as well as ensuring finance interests are met.
