The Department of Medicine at Denver Health (DH) and the Division of Medical Oncology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine (UCSOM) are recruiting a Hematology/Oncology faculty member based at Denver Health Medical Center. This is an academic position that emphasizes patient care, housestaff and fellow training, and clinical research. The DH Hematology/Oncology division is part of a fully integrated network of community health centers and a Level I 525-licensed bed hospital with a mission of providing access to quality health care for all citizens of Denver regardless of ability to pay. As Colorado’s primary safety net institution, DH has provided billions of dollars in uncompensated care.
The DH program is fully integrated with the Division of Medical Oncology at UCSOM, including a shared fellowship program and clinical responsibilities. An NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center with resources to foster research is based at UCSOM.

Education 1. Graduation from an Accredited Medical School and completed Accredited Residency Programs and fellowships for specialist, equivalent. 2. Appropriate certifications designated by department i.e. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, Etc.
