The talent aquistion team at Denver Health Medical Center is recruiting for a Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team in the heart of Denver, CO.  The role of the Sourcing Specialist will be to mine various medias for providers, leadership and other hard to fill positions. The individual will also introduce Denver Health to potential candidates. Performs advanced sourcing through various mediums including internal and external database mining, networking, associations, universities, community agencies, social media, referrals, Boolean search strings, online and traditional directories as well as other innovative sourcing methods. Conducts cold calls to passive candidates to present opportunities for critical, difficult, and visible positions. Makes recommendation to Recruiter and hiring manager(s) on the submission of qualified candidates. Continually evaluates sourcing strategies. Stays well-informed on current and emerging technologies to proactively identify new tools for identifying qualified talent. Enters and maintains accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System including but not limited to: job posting content, applicant tracking and response, and other required data. Manages timely responses through sourcing databases to applicants including but not limited to: receipt of application, application status, and specific information reconciling applicant qualifications relative to job requirements. Develops and maintains a network and database of potential candidates for future consideration, including pipeline of passive candidates. Works closely with the Healthcare Recruiter to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top talent. This candidate must be able to move at a very fast pace, have a high ability to organize and prioritize based on a rapidly changing environment. Additional duties will include facilitation of ad placement, invoice/expense management, coordination/logistics, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Education & Experience 1. Bachelor’s Degree required. 2. Concentration in business, marketing, communications, or other related field preferred. 3. Six years of Recruitment or Marketing Social Media experience required.. 1. Working knowledge of laws, regulations and procedures in Human Resources as it relates to hiring practices. 2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and Internet Recruiting Job Boards and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. 3. Knowledge and experience with full cycle recruiting. 4. Strong customer consultative skills and negotiation skills required. 5. Strong candidate sourcing skills. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. Ability to successfully manage customer relationships. 8. Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. 9. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure. 10. Passion for improving the customer experience for hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. Computers and Technology 1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. 2. Advanced knowledge of Internet Recruiting Job Boards and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Certificates, Licenses and Registration 1. PHR/SPHR preferred.
