At Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), our Business Development (sales) team is made up of quota-carrying, motivated sales performers who grow our customer base in the role worldwide. Our sales team is highly-skilled and most successful selling to the executive and procurement level. We develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive yet achievable goals. To bring new opportunities to CWT, this role requires handling all phases of the sales process including effective lead qualification, strategy, proposal/RFP responses and closing.
