Position Description:

Receive and accurately route phone calls through the property's telephone system in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

Job Functions

  • Answer incoming calls on console and accurately direct calls to appropriate extensions/parties.
  • Greet and respond to guests’ requests in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • Maintain a complete knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Receive and log all emergency calls and direct to security and/or facility maintenance departments.

Position Requirements:

  • One (1) year of experience in telephone switchboard, multi-line phone system, and/or customer service preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English, bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • Must be PC literate and able to type 30 wpm.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be able to sit for entire shift.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
