Position Description:
Manage and direct the activities of the slot department operations to maximize slot machine revenue. Ensure security of all slot department assets and currency and strict adherence to gaming regulations and Company policies.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in gaming, with a concentration in slots, preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related management experience preferred.
- Must have strong analytical skills.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Performance of this job will take place in both an office setting as well as the casino floor.
- Jobholder will be exposed to certain casino-related environmental factors including but not limited to noise, second-hand smoke, and varied degrees of lighting.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
