    Job Description

    The Automotive and IoT Ecosystems team is looking for a Community Specialist who will drive global developer engagement on Arm technology.
    Using your expertise in communities and the Arm ecosystem, you’ll be researching, proposing and implementing an Innovator output program through meet-up organizer volunteers around the world. The ideal candidate must have strong detail-oriented execution skills to support a network of community managers, curating and providing them with valuable developer focused content.
    This is an important role in driving knowledge and stickiness around Arm’s products to software developers.
    You will gain valuable experience working in a highly dynamic team, supporting the Arm Innovator Program and Arm’s developer community.


    • Curating a meetup content program to run throughout the year
    • Creating and nurturing meetup and community relationships
    • Ensuring community leads have all required content and collateral
    • Post event reporting including measurements against objectives
    • Support on additional Innovator Program activities

    Job Requirements

    What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?
    • Demonstrable knowledge of community engagement
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills; experience developing strong working relationships
    • Exceptional project and time management skills – highly organized and detail focused
    • Communication capabilities e.g newsletters, social media, comms channels
    • Proactive, methodical and creative thinker
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Consultative approach to questions, concerns and issues
    • Team player and experience of working in a global team but able to work with minimum supervision
    • Experience of budget management
    • Strong collaboration skills, culturally sensitive, and can adjust communication style to various audiences
    • Ability to create written content, tailored to a developer audience
    • Capacity to respond to constructive feedback and adapt accordingly in a fast paced, changing environment
    • Ability to travel as required to support onsite at events
    • Proficiency with Microsoft office programs including Word, PPT and Excel
    • Some technical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
