    Regional Sales Manager

    Competitive Basic Salary, Commission, Car Allowance, remote working.

    Do you have a passion for growing business in Arm’s existing silicon partners and key target accounts in Northern Europe and Russia?

    Due to promotion we are now seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to work in the UK covering Northern Europe Territory.

    Arm-powered solutions are helping more companies take advantage of its potential, everywhere that processing takes place and utilising Arm’s established and emerging technologies.


    You will manage Arm’s relationships with leading silicon partners and semiconductor start ups within the region, co-ordinating all Arm activities and interactions with them. You will be responsible for promoting all of Arm’s IP product portfolio and development solutions.

    Responsibilities and tasks

    • Responsible for developing and closing opportunities with new customers across multiple lines of business.
    • Strategic management of existing accounts to maximise short and long term bookings and revenue.
    • Deliver on quarterly and annual booking and revenue target.
    • Develop and drive account plans with agreed objectives and strategies to penetrate existing and target customers
    • Execute against the strategic objectives of multiple lines of businesses.
    • Working with customer business units, engineering, product management and CxO level to understand business challenges and identify the best ARM solution for the customer.
    • Demonstrating Arm product groups within the lines of businesses effectively to achieve account objectives.
    • Understanding customer requirements, product plans and roadmaps and communicating those within Arm.
    • Reporting to the Director of Sales, Silicon Partners, EMEAI

    Job Requirements

    Skills, experience, and qualifications

    • Batchelors degree in STEM or business discipline is preferred.
    • Proven sales track record in complex, high value solution selling within a fast-growing business of scale in the semiconductor and / or high tech industries.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-divisional and multinational environment
    • A strong ‘upward’ manager comfortable operating at VP and Executive level within Arm, with excellent partner management and communication skills.
    • A strong team worker able to optimise all resources, technical, commercial, marketing to achieve the best outcome for the customer and ARM.
    • Strong and confident communicator and presenter with strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong commercial understanding with outstanding sales and negotiation skills.
    • Confident self-starter that instinctively knows where to spend their time to maximise business.
    • Being able to act strategically with customers whilst retaining the dynamism to lead multiple opportunities concurrently.
    • Ability to map a target organisation’s influencers, develop tailored value propositions and persistently deliver the right messages to the right person at the right time.
