    Job Description

    Arm is looking for a talented Instructional Designer/Content Developer with the experience, knowledge and

    skills to design and develop top-notch sales-focused curricula for ISG Sales teams across the globe.

    We are looking for someone who is highly proficient using leading authoring tools to create sales enablement

    materials. As a creative type, you will help push the boundaries by producing innovative training solutions that

    capture attention and help our sales teams learn and sell.

    You will work with sales leaders, key stakeholders and SMEs to transform our sales enablement vision into

    dynamic, polished content and courses that drive the desired outcomes. Be prepared to showcase examples

    you have developed using these tools and demonstrate how you manage projects and independently scope,

    drive and report on project milestones.

     

    Job Requirements

     Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; master’s degree is preferred Required: Key Qualifications & Skillset

    • 3+ years sales readiness & enablement experience and working with sales teams.

    • Proven ability to create innovative sales-enablement content

    • Serious content authoring & eLearning development and responsive design experience using one or more

      e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360 suite (preferred), Captivate, Camtasia, GoAnimate)

    • Excellent written communication, project management and organizational skills.

    • Experience with ADDIE, 4MAT, Accelerated Learning or equivalent techniques to develop effective

      learning that meet the needs of a global audience and incorporates modern learning concepts.

    • Ability to create instructionally sound learning programs and write using appropriate grammar for world-

      wide audience (tone, brevity, voice, etc.).

    • Proactive and self-directed: Ability to define and scope new initiatives with minimal guidance.

    • Effectively manage own deadlines with demonstrated success managing and completing projects from

      start to finish.

      Primary Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop and maintain interactive and innovative blended learning solutions in a variety of synchronous and asynchronous modalities, including e-learning, video, webinar, instructor-led training, assessments, tools, simulations and role play content.

    • Provide regular report metrics to assess and assure training objectives and CSAT are met. Extra Points:

    • MindTickle - Sales Enablement Platform (SEP) experience

    • Graphic Design – visual communication and problem-solving through typography, photography, and

      illustration. (MS Suite, Photoshop/Illustrator, XD, inDesign, HTML5, CSS)

    • Motion graphics and video experience (Premiere Pro, Keynote, iMovie, Final Cut Pro)

    • Learning management systems (LMS) experience (SCORM, TINCAN, Xapi)

    • Gamification experience

    Create eLearning with graphics and voiceovers, designing assessments, producing and editing videos, and

    developing other training materials

    Join forces with subject matter experts to gather content and leverage existing resources to develop

    engaging, effective learning content.

    collaboratively with SMEs and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, and

    ensure training incorporates appropriate goals, objectives, messaging, content and assessments.
