    Job Description

    Job title – Senior Digital Marketing Manager

     

    The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the web strategy and content for our IoT services business on the corporate website. As a strategic thinker, this individual contributor will oversee various digital programs to help increase web traffic and conversions. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, execution, optimization for the services business. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to align on content, product launches, demand generation and customer marketing.

     

    Role and Responsibilities:

     

    • Work closely with the company’s cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop digital marketing programs, ensuring marketing and sales objectives are met, and the customer journey experience is a seamless one.

     

    • Manage the Japan website content and ongoing web optimization and personalization programs to support internal business stakeholders and business growth.

     

    • Drive higher traffic, user engagement and digital conversions to increase lead pipeline. Collaborate with product marketing, global digital team to implement SEM/SEO and various digital programs that drive pipeline.

     

    • Work with digital agency to create/localize relevant content on Japan’s social channels.

     

    • Track, analyze and monitor KPIs to ensure successful digital campaign performance and optimizations.

    Job Requirements

    Skills, Experience and Qualifications:  

     

    • Proven ability to drive and successfully execute on strategic content objectives delivered via digital channels.

     

    • Proven track-record of delivering high-quality web traffic from through acquisition and organic conversions.

     

    • Be comfortable with data and have a proven record of making data-driven decisions to support marketing programs.

     

    • Plan and execute A/B testing and personalization programs and support account-based marketing objectives as needed. Work with campaign teams and sales to identify target audiences and develop plans for execution.

     

    • Analyze web/campaign metrics and provide recommendations on best practices to help improve performance.

     

    • Good knowledge of SEO best practices.

     

    • Ability to work with multiple business stakeholders and consult people on best digital best practices.

     

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a team player.

     

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience

     

    • Proficiency in Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics and SEO tools

     

    • Bonus skills/experience: CMS, Marketo, Salesforce, Web personalization, ABM, Optimizely/Marketo RTP.

     

    • Native-level Japanese and business level English

    About the office

    The Arm Shin-Yokohama office has employees from the Sales, Partner Enablement, Marketing, R&D, Finance and IT departments. The office is a short walking distance from Shin-Yokohama station, approximately 30km Southwest of Tokyo, and only a short 20-minute ride on the world famous 'Shinkansen' ("Bullet Train") from Tokyo station.
