    About the role

    Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager you will work closely with our stakeholders across the business to deliver Security solutions that enable colleagues to work effortlessly while keeping Arm secure.​

    To operationally support, improve and help define future state of the key protective technologies operated by the Security Platforms team.​

    Accountabilities & Responsibilities

    Working closely with the Service Operations leadership, Enterprise Security and the wider Arm business to define, implement security policy and operate controls to class leading standards.​

    ​Working closely with colleagues in the wider Service Operations teams to resolve Incidents, Problems and fulfil Requests within agreed SLAs.​

    ​Key technical responsibilities (security controls) include: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Email Security, Office365 Security, Endpoint (Anti-Malware / Anti-Virus / EDR), DNS Security, User VPN, Privileged Access Management, Privileged Identity Management, DDoS.​

    ​Define and implement monitoring and reporting of key controls. ​

    ​Working with the Architecture teams to help define the future direction of protective technologies by aligning technology with requirements.​

    ​Acting as a senior escalation point for more complex issues and ensuring stakeholders remain updated throughout the process.​

    ​Vendor relationship management.​

    ​Management / Regional Team Lead including regular one to one sessions, providing regular feedback and pastoral care for reports.​
