    Contracts Co-Ordinator

    Full Time 7 Month Fixed Term Contract, (MATERNITY COVER)

    Based: Cambridge, UK

    This position reports into the Senior Commercial Fulfilment Manager, Revenue Operations.

    The Commercial Fulfilment Team are responsible for ensuring the fulfilment of Arm’s contractual obligations to our customers. The team provides a range of business services, principally revolving around the execution of contracts and the delivery of Arm’s Intellectual Property.

    Job Requirements

    Primary Accountabilities include:

    Responsibility for day-to-day contract administration, to include:

    • Contract execution: approval, signature & delivery of IP.
    • Working closely with Legal, Licensing & Sales to ensure swift contract execution via DocuSign.
    • Data entry of contracts into internal systems (SAP, ServiceNow).
    • Communicating the progress of contracts to internal partners throughout the operational process.
    • Co-ordinating original signatures and couriers.
    • Assisting with customer support and other administrative tasks as and when required.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • 2-3years+ experience of working in a busy commercial environment.
    • Good IT skills, experience of SAP & DocuSign is desired but not essential.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • The ability to work logically and methodically, with a willingness to be flexible.
    • Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations with minimal support and guidance.
    • A high attention to detail is essential.
    • IT Skills: SAP, MS Word, Excel and other databases.
