Graduate Engineer Role
We have exciting opportunities in the infrastructure team of the Sales and Partner enablement group. We manage the infrastructure that allows Arm to deliver ground-breaking IP to our ecosystem. We are particularly keen to hire capable graduate engineers who are looking to gain exposure to broad technical development in both software development and design, server management, infrastructure design and maintenance
We are a small and close-knit team and have the responsibility for ensuring continuous delivery of our user documentation and support to our partners. We do so through the implementation and maintenance of innovative tooling and methodology. Although small, we are made up of domain experts, who drive continuous improvements in the ways that Arm deliver their products, whilst also delivering an outstanding customer experience through our training and support structure.
In this role you will work on real projects from day one, with help and mentorship from experienced engineers. Through collaboration, training, and dedication to personal development, we ensure that every graduate engineer learns about different aspects of our work and becomes an authority in the field.
You will collaborate in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment and will have the opportunity to work on different projects and with diverse groups through the graduate programme. There is an opportunity to rotate to other area of the business, to allow you to gain a better understanding of Arm’s diverse business model. We do not limit you as to where you can explore, but it is based on business needs.
What will your role be?
You will be working as part of our engineering team assisting in delivering our roadmap, whilst also acting as a consultant to the wider business, understanding their needs and requirements and aiding in the prioritisation of tasks.
SPE Infrastructure provides the following services, so dependent on your skills and interests you’ll be working in one or more of the following areas:
- Software development
