What will I be accountable for? 

You will be responsible for the development and execution of commercial and business processes for a new standardised business model in Arm’s Automotive and IoT business group. Working closely with Arm’s commercial and product teams you will develop, manage and run the process for the execution, monitoring and enhancement of a new streamlined commercial engagement with our customers. 

You will: 

• Develop and document business processes for the new business model 

• Ensure that the right monitoring is in place across the complete business flow (from lead capture to deal closure). You will work to ensure that the processes are running correctly, and then to take appropriate action where issues are identified 

• Capture and analyse exceptions to the normal flow - ensuring that Arm can gain appropriate insight both at the time and for future business analysis 

• Define, manage and monitor appropriate metrics and performance indicators. Prepare regular reports of these measures for management review 

• Capture and manage requirements for improvements and enhancements to the new business model and products. Working with the business teams to assign ownership of both the requirement and solution 

• Manage the end to end process of enhancing Arm’s new business model offering – working with multiple teams to ensure that the updates are executed in a timely manner  

• Define and execute a continuous improvement programme, continuing to improve customer experience and internal efficiencies  

• Provide operational input for programs, meetings and presentations

Job Requirements

Essential Skills: 

• Ability to understand, develop and execute business processes and to problem solve at a high level with analytical skill
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to easily develop working relationships 
• Be able to quickly understand the task at hand and find the best and most efficient way to come up with a solution 
• Good commercial awareness and analytical skills 
• Good Excel skills with the ability to use Excel to generate reports.  Using Excel to gain appropriate insight from data is an advantage 
• Ability to work and solve problems with global teams 
• Degree or certification in business analysis or demonstrable job experience
