    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to join the Content Services team in Arm's Partner Enablement group.

    Responsible for creating, fostering and growing the online ‘voice’ of Arm Community, driving sustained engagement from developers-to-developers and developers-to-Arm.

    You're the internal ambassador of Arm Community, are the go-to person for anything technical relating to the community. You’ll build and nurture the framework for a successful experience for community users.

    You will help define the strategy, evolution and success of the community and manage the relationship between Arm Community and other Arm Developer brands.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Help define and implement the Arm Community strategy to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop plans to build vibrant and effective developer communities.
    • Maintain a comprehensive set of guidelines and policies for Arm Community.
    • Help plan, design, and execute larger-scale community initiatives.
    • Manage functional touch points within the organization, aligning developments and requirements to continuously evolve Arm Community.
    • Ensure connectivity between internal and external communities.
    • Use customer feedback to form continuous improvement plans, maintaining close relationships between Content Services and the Partner Experience, and Customer Success teams.
    • Analyze community behavior, forming strategies that directly boost engagement.
    • Plan and execute community activities to support business events.

    Job Requirements

    What skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

    • A degree or post-graduate qualification in a relevant field.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Active communication with colleagues and stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
    • Enthusiasm, passion, and proactivity to schedule your workload and plan tasks effectively with both tactical and strategic and big-picture thinking.
    • High motivation and ability to work unsupervised, both independently and as part of a team.
    • Demonstrated experience of successfully growing online communities and ecosystems.
