    Job Description

    Do you love marketing and want a new challenge helping an industry-leading, high tech company advance its digital footprint? Arm is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is keen to take responsibility for coordination of of digital and content-focused activities, as well as events coordination and support, targeted at our cutting-edge technology and programs tailored for the Internet of Things market.  

    We’re looking for a digital marketing coordinator, to help creatively communicate the value of our technology to a wide range of target audiences. You will be coordinating the group’s technical and product marketing content both online and offline to completion. You will also be executing digital marketing strategy; and liaising with some of the leading authorities in the industry to support our IoT marketing strategy. You will use your organization and project management skills to handle the mix activities that are in flight and your teamworking abilities to pull technical and practical information from a wide variety of sources within the organization. You will use your digital expertise to create, coordinate and measure our activities across all digital channels. Additionally, you will provide coordination support for targeted events. 

    You do not need prior product or industry technical knowledge to apply – we are looking for someone who shares Arm’s values, can demonstrate the relevant marketing skills and is eager to learn. 

    This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer with broad marketing skills to join the Arm team.     Key responsibilities 

    • Drive content coordination and implementation across Arm channels to support a number of key themes, products launches 

    • Support targeted events with operational coordination and messaging 

    • Lead the content curation, review and implementation 

    • Ensure the relevant IoT sections of the website(s) are up-to-date, consistent, relevant and high-reaching for the target audiences(s) 

    • Liaise with marketing program managers and product managers to develop the content required for the task 

    • Improve the user experience between our digital platforms 

    • Perform regular review and refreshes of our content; then plan and run content updates 

    • Work with a graphics agency to build clear and compelling visuals 

    • Work with external writers to develop written content 

    • Regularly review website analytics for effectiveness of content and devise strategies to increase performance of these sites, according to the marketing objectives 

    • Measuring and reporting the success of digital marketing initiatives 

    • Work with the social media team to create and schedule engaging content 

    • Work on email marketing campaigns 

    • Stay on top of competition’s messaging, collateral and websites 

    Job Requirements

    Education and qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications (or a CIM Certificate in Marketing) 

    • Knowledge of the technology industry is advantageous but is not required. 

    Essential skills and experience 

    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects at one time 

    • Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and prioritise own workload to ensure smooth content and project delivery 

    • Hardworking, organised and self-motivated 

    • Creative, with the capability to turn general or technical concepts into clear, compelling stories for a variety of audiences 

    • Knowledge and experience with email marketing and running digital content is advantageous 

    Interpersonal Skills 

    • Strong presentation, interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills 

    • Ability to influence others to meet a deadline 

    • High-energy, open-minded, reliable, innovative, persuasive 

    • A good listener, with the ability to take input from multiple sources and filter into concise communication 

    • Capable of working as a great teammate or independently with minimal direction or supervision 

    • Ability to work closely and effectively with other team members 

    Desirable skills and experience 

    • Project management experience 

    • Experience in the technology sector 

    • General understanding of SEO and search engine marketing (SEM), and techniques that improve both 

    • Microsoft Office skills
