    Job Description

We have an experienced team of both project and program managers across three locations around the globe - can you help that team to be it's best, and meet new challenges?

The Architecture and Technology Group (ATG) defines and publishes CPU and System architecture specifications used by the global tech ecosystem to develop the products of today and tomorrow - from micro-controllers to supercomputers, from autonomous vehicles to IoT nodes to server farms.

    Accountabilities

You will collaborate with senior leads within ATG and the wider Arm community, enabling the delivery of a wide span of new architecture for the global ecosystem. To support this, you will

    • Ensure reliable planning, reporting and delivery of all ATG projects and programs. This includes oversight of Project Risk Management within our Group
    • Provide coaching and career development of project managers and program managers.
    • Drive continual improvement - assess and implement opportunities for improving effectiveness and efficiency, alongside day-to-day activities.

    Job Requirements

    Job Requirements

    • Hands-on experience of project and program management, ideally in technical environments. If you have experience of engineering management this will help you be successful in this role
    • Demonstrate an ability to motivate and help grow others. You lead by example and are confident in handling ambiguity, and are able to give direction without micro-management.
    • Driving good outcomes for your team and colleagues through your influencing skills
    • A good degree in a technical discipline is desirable for this role
    • Ability to travel is required in order to visit colleagues at other Arm sites - a few times per year

At Arm, we are guided by our core beliefs that reflect our rare culture and guide our decisions, defining how we work together to defy ordinary and shape extraordinary:

    We not I

    • Take daily responsibility to make the Global Arm community thrive.
    • No individual owns the right answer. Brilliance is collective.
    • Information is crucial, share it.
    • Realise that we win when we collaborate — and that everyone misses out when we don’t.

    Passion for progress

    • Our differences are our strength. Widen and mix up your network of connections.
    • Difficult things can take unexpected directions. Stick with it.
    • Make feedback positive and expansive, not negative and narrow.
    • The essence of progress is that it can’t stop. Grow with it and own your own progress.

    Be your brilliant self

    • Be quirky not egocentric.
    • Recognise the power in saying ‘I don’t know’.
    • Make trust our default position.
    • Hold strong opinions lightly.

Arm has a responsibility to ensure that all employees are eligible to live and work in the UK.
