    This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to further their career in treasury gaining experience developing key business processes in this growing business.

    Reporting into the Senior Treasury Manager this role provides exposure to a broad spectrum of treasury activity, and key activities will include cash flow forecasting and daily cash management. There is plenty of opportunity for an ambitious candidate to develop their treasury career in the fast growing technology industry with Arm, while using their passion and expertise to contribute towards building on existing processes to meet Arm's growing treasury requirements.

    Key Accountabilities

    • You will have responsibility for the production of short and long term cash flow forecasts for the Arm Group. You will analyse cash at a strategic and detailed level, and use expertise to explain business drivers underlying cash movements.
    • You will be manage Arm's daily cash positions, including placing cash on deposit, and management of daily FX requirements. You will seek to optimise cash where possible.
    • You will be responsible for intercompany funding requests, and liase internally with our tax and legal teams on the preparation and review of intercompany loan documentation.
    • You will manage Arm's KYC compliance procedures, and maintain the company's bank mandates.
    • You will assist in various projects within the company, including supporting a digital transformation of treasury processes.

    Job Requirements

    About You

    You will be a highly motivated individual, with an acute attention to detail, who is focussed on the continuous improvement and development of key processes, and the capability to distill complex data into meaningful insight and reporting.

    Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, you seek to build relationships across Arm's business functions and with external parties, including with our banking partners and software providers.

    This role requires very strong Microscoft excel and powerpoint skills, including proven capability in cash flow / excel modelling.

    You will hold a professional qualification in accounting (ACCA, ACA, CIMA), and Treasury (AMCT) is desirable. You will be educated to degree level, or have equivalent experience.
