    Job Description

Are you ready to be at the forefront of driving the licensing of the next wave of semiconductor technology in to the IoT and automotive markets? With over 45 million Arm-based chips produced every single day by our partners, Arm is the leading technology provider of silicon intellectual property. You now have the opportunity to play a pivotal role helping shape Arm’s commercial interaction with customers and contribute to Arm's continued revenue success.

You will be responsible for the commercial licensing aspects of a standardised business model in Arm’s Automotive and IoT business group. Working closely with the sales, product management, legal and finance teams you will manage both day to day pricing and commercials, as well as the longer-term strategic pricing and commercial models for a streamlined engagement with Arm’s customers.

    • You will be determining the pricing and commercial structure of licensing opportunities in the IoT & Automotive markets, by utilising your commercial expertise and insight, your analytical skills, and the market research and knowledge of your peers.

    • You will analyse any requested changes to Arm’s standard commercial models and assess their impact to our business model. You will also be responsible for implementing any changes to the commercial models.

    • Together with Sales, you will manage the commercial lifecycle of licensing deals, and resolve any challenges in a timely manner.

    • You will regularly report the forecasted revenue outcome of signed deals to senior management, including analyses to the revenue impact of changes to the commercial models.

    • You will perform commercial due diligence throughout the new product development lifecycle and appraise the business case, commercial readiness and protect Arm IP with suitable contract precedents in collaboration with the legal team
