    Job Description :

    As an emulation engineer, you will have responsibilities as below:

    • Working with architecture, design and verification teams to build and improve emulation environment
    • Working closely with leading Emulation EDA Partners to debug issues and deploy new capabilities
    • Develop new Emulation Testcases and Platforms to enhance User Productivity
    • Support multiple Emulation environments and their existing workflows

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive system bring-up on emulation platforms, debug test failures, and simulation/emulation mismatches.
    • Bring up/help issues on the emulation platforms.
    • Create standalone test cases for tool issues encountered in the emulation compile and runtime flows and work with EDA partner to get solution
    • Partner with EDA vendors to debug HW/SW issues and deploy new emulation capabilities.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • BS/MS (EE or CE or CS) with extensive years of relevant experience.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
    • Experience of ARM-based Architecture
    • Emulation expertise with Z1, Strato and Zebu including compilation, debug, Performance and Throughput tuning and implementation of advanced features
    • Experience in supporting job submission and debug along with tracking tool is preferred
    • Experience with emulation based systems such as Synopsys ZeBu, Cadence Z1 , Mentor Graphic Strato platform.
    • Significant experience of Integrated Circuit design and verification on Emulation platform.
    • Experience on System Verilog, Verilog and UVM verification environments
    • Some Experience in building emulation based models of designs.
    • Basic Experience in SW Programming/scripting and debug such as C, C++, Perl, Python is mandatory.
