    Job Description

    Arm is looking for an experienced Business Operations Analyst to join its Automotive & IoT Line of Business. Working with external customers and internal partners, you will work on handling the end-to-end processes of hardware loans and access to Arm IP. You will look at processing contracts and actively handling any issues that occur. You need to possess excellent organisational and analytical skills to ensure an efficient and seamless delivery.

    What are the responsibilities of this role? You will:

    • Process contracts through to signature, working with the legal team to agree and negotiate contracts with external companies
    • Review customer applications and complete preliminary checks
    • Organise internal and external hardware loan requests
    • Create and maintain excellent spreadsheets and trackers
    • Provide additional support to Product Managers and support ad hoc projects, as needed

    Job Requirements

    What skills, experience, and qualifications do I need?

    • Previous experience in processing contracts preferable from a technical background
    • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with solid MS Excel skills (Visual Basic, create pivot tables, and use macros)
    • First class communications skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a high workload
    • Able to establish excellent relationships with external and internal parties
    • Possess problem-solving abilities
    • Proactivity and dedication in seeing tasks through to completion
    • Ability to adhere to high levels of confidentiality and data security standards
    • Preferably educated to degree level in business, computer science, finance, mathematics, or a relevant discipline
    • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
