    Job Description

    Arm is looking for an experienced Program Manager within the Client Line of Business Group, spanning the UK, Europe, Asia and the US. Our group is responsible for defining and delivering a range of key compute components (CPUs, GPUs, Interconnects, Display processors, video processors) which are used extensively in consumer devices such as mobile phones, tablets, smart-wearables, AR/VR headsets and smart-speakers.

    The Program Manager will organise, run programs, and collaborate across different Arm businesses & engineering teams so that the Client business deliverables, such as price books, product requirements, marketing requirements, etc. are delivered efficiently.


    • You will be responsible for delivery of the program outputs to the dependent engineering & business teams throughout Arm
    • You will build plans for effective execution, monitoring/tracking and control
    • Gain an overall view on the dependent programs & projects guaranteeing that interdependencies are raised quickly and addressed from a business, technical and operational perspective
    • Assess program performance to improve and maximize return-on-investment
    • You will need be able effective at cross organization teamwork
    • Oversee the delivery of services among different program activities so you increase effectiveness and efficiency

    Job Requirements

    What skills and experience will you need?

    • Validated Program Manager with experience delivering technology related programs
    • Deep understanding of project/program management methodologies in practice
    • Experience leading by influencing and excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong communication and people skills, and a dedication to collaborative working to enable networking both internally and externally to Arm
    • Excellent problem-solving ability
    • A great teammate, dedicated, and willing to resolve issues through to conclusion
    • Experience working in an international business across many different regions and multicultural environments
    • Hardworking, empathetic and with strong integrity.
    • University degree, in electronic engineering, computer engineering or computer science ideally, or relevant experience
