    About the role

    Arm is in a rare position to capture value in the growing infrastructure market. It’s an exciting time to become a member of the team that’s developing & executing strategies needed to capture this growth for Arm. Specifically, this role will be reporting into the Enterprise Networking segment.

    What will I be accountable for?

    As Senior Manager, Segment Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing on strategies for accelerating the adoption of Arm Technology & market share within Tier-1 and strategic Tier-2 Enterprise Networking companies, across various geographies.

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategies and plans for increasing adoption of Arm technology at key sockets within Enterprise Networking OEMs

    • Identify market trends around product/technology categories such as Switching, Routing, Security, IoT, SDN, and the emergence of subscription models

    • Partner with the Silicon & Software ecosystem to augment product value-proposition & messaging

    • Work with Product Management to develop market positioning and value-proposition for the Arm portfolio

    • Gather and maintain competitive positioning data

    • Develop & maintain marketing collateral – presentations, blogs, whitepapers

    • Represent Arm at some of the key events, relevant technology conferences, tradeshows

    Job Requirements

    What skills, experience, and qualifications do I need?

    • Master’s in engineering or technology. MBA a bonus, but not a requirement.

    • You should have 10 or more years of combined experience in engineering, product management/marketing & business-development

    • 3 or more years of experience in working with Enterprise / Cloud / IoT networking &/or server solutions experience in customer / ecosystem engagements

    • Prior experience working with Enterprise Networking OEM customers is strongly desired

    • Prior experience in Networking technologies is highly desired

    • Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills

    • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute on the strategic plan developed

    • High level of personal & professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

    • Prior experience working with cross-functional team and environments
