    Job Description

    The IoT Services Group (ISG) is a fast-growing business developing and proliferating an industry defining IoT Platform. We are investing heavily to develop cloud-based services spanning connectivity, device and data management.

    To achieve this growth, we are looking to hire an Operations Analyst to join our ISG Operations team.

    Are you passionate about business processes and their representation?

    This role is a unique opportunity to bring your experience to help developing an effective governance management system for ISG.

    What will you be accountable for?

    • You contribute to the day-to-day management and development of our group quality management and information security system.
    • You capture, model and document business processes, controls and measures. You publish and maintain their representations in the management system.
    • You analyse business and regulatory requirements and identify opportunities to address gaps.
    • You contribute and support other group governance, business assurance activities and audits within our part of the Business
    • You are involved in supporting initiatives and activities to streamline our business processes and in collaborating with other teams and functions in our organisation.
    • As a member of the ISG Operations team, you provide support to other operational activities including headcount, resource and procurement planning, management and reporting.

    Job Requirements

    What skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

    • Post-graduate qualification or relevant experience in business operations, governance, quality and information security management system, business processes, risk management, business assurance, resource management, data management, analytics and reporting, change and/or project/program management
    • Experience of audits and knowledge of ISO standards and certifications: ISO9001, ISO22301 and ISO27001
    • Strong focus on end results and the ability to infuse trust
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and a strong drive to simplify complexity
    • Experience in developing relationships and networking with key partners in a cross functional global organization. Meaning you have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a dynamic global team/organization
    • Proficient with data management and strong experience of Excel; as well as with data visualisation tool and experience of Tableau
    • Confident with configuration methods, versioning, and documentation tools such as experience working with Microsoft SharePoint sites and other Office 365 collaboration tools
    • Ability to travel internationally on occasion.
