Arm is looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage a key development program across its engineering organization which spans the UK, Hungary, Israel and the USA. The successful candidate will provide leadership to teams and project managers to ensure successful delivery of products and system solutions that deliver benefits to our partners.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different technology disciplines across multiple sites to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics, and be able to resolve issues when they arise.
The goal is to ensure that programs deliver the desired outcome to our organization and our partners.
The Program Manager should demonstrate competence in many or all of the following:

Make Decisions: Assess situations to determine their importance, urgency and associated risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
Organize: Set priorities, develop a program schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information and activities.
Plan: Determine strategies to improve the program, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.
Solve Problems: Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
