You will be working in a busy Accounts Payable Team with a focus on colleague personal and credit card expenses.
This role gives you the opportunity to work within a professional, busy team to utilise time management and organisational skills to see tasks through to completion to meet the needs of our customers. You'll build partnerships throughout the business and have an opportunity to grow and learn and provide your input into improvements to processes.
What will I be accountable for?
- You will deliver against identified important metrics for expenses processes
- You will be responsible for managing the Purchasing card account
- You will evaluate one time vendor payment requests, process if applicable and be the lead in pushing back should this not be the appropriate avenue
- You will be experienced in expenses query management and timely resolution
- You have a pragmatic approach to ledger reviews and reconciliations
- You will regularly download data from Concur and upload into SAP with high accuracy
- You will collaborate with finance project team for potential changes and improvements
- You will deliver and maintain process notes in good detail
- You have a strong ethos to deliver a high standards and are keen to assess your own work
- You will support your colleagues with other adhoc tasks when required
What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?
- You have extensive experience in the management of Purchasing Cards with over a 100 users.
- You will have experience of managing expenses using the Concur platform
- You will have knowledge of SAP
- You have a real passion for ownership and completion of tasks
- Your attention to deal will be at the highest standard
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels across Arm’s business and supplier base
- Adapting to change will give you energy – being a change leader will excite you
- As a self-starter, you will work using your own initiative and collaborate with the team
