    About the Role

    Arm’s Physical Design Group (PDG) develops and licenses a portfolio of sophisticated physical design intellectual property (IP), primarily to foundries and silicon partners across the global semiconductor ecosystem. PDG’s Business Planning Team (BPT) is responsible for divisional planning, financial management, and ensuring that products and contracts are defined accurately in enterprise systems to enable accurate license entitlements and flawless delivery. Reporting to the Director, Product Delivery, you will assume responsibility for executing in-place processes, and developing recommendations for further evolving them to meet the dynamic needs of the business.

    Your weekly workflow will include engaging across PDG Marketing, Licensing, IP Logistics and Engineering teams, and Arm corporate commercial operations and contract fulfillment groups. You will develop a keen understanding of enterprise systems and how commercial data flows through them. This role also offers an extraordinary opportunity for meaningful personal growth in product management and project management disciplines.

    What will I be accountable for?

    The requirements for the PDG Product Delivery Manager role are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for success. Your primary responsibilities are:

    -You will enthusiastically handle PDG delivery of customer contractual commitments for multiple concurrent foundry and Lead Partner engagements.
    -You will track achievement of landmarks indicating advancement of product definition tasks and delivery readiness checkpoints.
    -You will promote adoption and transparency around process and policy guidelines, and work collaboratively to resolve exceptions.
    -You will anticipate and preempt, or mitigate issues and risks that threaten successful delivery on obligations to customers.
    -You will collect, record, and publish commercial and policy decisions from cross-functional forums, and track action items to closure.
    -You will coordinate with teams to communicate and track objectives, risks, and critical metrics.
    -You will be dependent on other activities and teams, as well as being depended upon, and will need to successfully handle transactions in both directions.
    -You thrive working across geographical and cultural boundaries.
    -You are a phenomenal team member, flexible, and used to rolling up your sleeves to help drive successful outcomes. Ideally, you’ll also bring fresh thinking and ideas, building on your earlier successes.

    Job Requirements

    What skills, experience, and qualifications do I need?

    -BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Licensing, Product Management, or equivalent experience in a related domain.

    -Solid understanding of IP licensing businessDemonstrated expertise running technology contractsFundamental knowledge of financial accounting and reporting conceptsPrevious success in a customer advocacy role
