    Job Description

    Are you passionate about supporting business IT processes and collaborating with other operations team and functions in an organisation?

    This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of the Central engineering Business Operations team to support highly motivated engineering teams on enabling better business processes and practices across the group.

    What will you be accountable for?

    • Supporting a dedicated business ops team in identifying data needs and find systematic solutions to build scalable reporting around it. Working with different group of analyst to achieve end to end solution.
    • Translating business needs into system specifications and finding the right system to store data and manage processes, working with IT and other functions from starting to execution of new system enablement’s.
    • Representing CE needs into requirements towards various corporate systems (HR- Finance-Data-IT-).
    • Understanding the data needs with regards to short, medium and long term resource needs and analysis and takes the current practices to the next level.
    • Representing Central Engineering through major system implementations. Managing change efforts, key user nominations, trainings and change impact assessments.
    • Working on improving processes in generic business process fields
    • Supporting Engineering in modelling activities (mostly workforce planning, long term planning)

    Job Requirements

    Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Process Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science/Engineering, Management Information Systems

    Skills and experiences:

    • You have experience in system implementations and in project /program management, product planning (workforce planning is a definite advantage)
    • You worked in multi-functional projects, matrix organization and R&D environment
    • You have a strong background on building robust processes, experience in quality environment, able to translate complex business needs to simple solutions.
    • You are able to understand and solve gaps in processes and have an eye for automation opportunities.
    • You are analytical and have ambitious personality. You are result oriented.
