Website management: Create, build and continually maintain/refresh corporate website and blog with content that highlights Rauland unique solutions and addresses customer needs and initiatives.
Track and analyze page performance, web traffic and flow, keywords, SEO optimization.
Ensure content and links remain current, drive improvement, and promote best practices, inter-relationships and linkage with VAR sites.
Create, schedule and track targeted campaigns to key audience targets, monitor performance, benchmark results and drive toward best industry practices, accountable for ongoing analysis and recommendations against KPIs, and maintains guidelines for tracking and response.
Stays current on best practices and brings recommendations to improve performance, both internally and with the channel.
Develop, maintain and monitor Rauland’s social media presence, building relevant content, scheduling posts, creating interactive opportunities and tracking performance against KPIs and industry metrics.
Owns the analysis of social media presence using all available mediums and brings recommendations on improving engagement and performance.
Drive visits to corporate website and increase capture of customer leads.
Actively work to build presence and followings to heighten visibility and understanding of Rauland solutions.
Responsible to create, maintain and develop a strategy for engaging key audiences, addressing customer needs and increasing leads to Sales.
Establish coordinated programs with VARs, channels.
Create and administer internal and end customer events using Cvent and other online tools.
Has ownership for event-related sites, deploys and tracks email invitations, monitors performance, addresses invitees’ registration questions.
Position has responsibility for same level of portfolio for sister company, ATLAS, including overseeing and driving ATLAS digital campaigns and online programs, event invitations and website build and maintenance.
Extensive background in managing corporate websites.
Experience in planning, targeting and executing digital email campaigns targeted to users by their needs with relevant content; experience in developing and maintaining company blog sites.
Experience in using and integrating multiple digital tools: HubSpot, Sitecore, Survey Monkey, Cvent, Crowd Compass, Wistia, YouTube, Google Analytics and Adwords, Twitter, LinkedIn. website build/editing.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
