Education Requirements:
 Bachelor Degree (Engineering (EE) or MIS (IT)
 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Requirements:
 Proficiency with data base administration experience, Microsoft, SQL


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
This MES Project Engineer is responsible for maintaining and improving current Manufacturing Execution System
as well developing new IT related tools to improve efficiency in overall plant operations. He/She will also support the
oversight of daily operations including equipment installation, repair and maintenance; management of software applications; management of data repositories; management of training.

 Support for corporate digitalization initiatives for industry 4.0
 Support for new programs and projects relative to MES set up including the coordination and purchase of needed equipment.
 Engage with operations team to understand needs and recommend system based solutions.
 Lead activities related to Continuous Improvement and Lean Principles including implementation to production.
 Assist in the development and training of production personnel who will be utilizing systems.
 Assure functionality of MES related hardware – pc’s, scanners, printers, ups, card readers, and networking devices
 Assure functionality of MES related software – Main application, I/O servers, Start-up routines, Backups, Database maintenance
 Availability to support operations 24 x 7. Remote access as well as on-site.
 Develop Training documentation and Classes for three production shifts using the “Train the Trainer” approach where possible
 Collect or Develop ideas for continuous improvement using supportive technology
 Maintain records for Assembly Cell Setups including machine and equipment asset numbers, ip addresses, subnets, and MES configuration
 Write purchase requisition for MES related equipment
 Assure adherence to M+H standards
 Update and implement M+H part number revisions
