New Grad RN Program Residents will participate in all activities related to the RN Program consisting of clinical as well as classroom time. Residents will be assigned a combination of units (PODS) to gain overall hospital exposure and knowledge. Residents will work closely with preceptors and mentors throughout the Residency program.

- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid Illinois RN license, eligible or eligible upon graduation
- -BLS Certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or BSN within 4 years
