We currently have an excellent opportunity for an International Logistics Coordinator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Communicate with all points of the supply chain including Production, Sales, Credit, Warehouse, Freight Forwarders, Vendors, Factories, and Allocations (VPs and Managers) on a daily basis to ensure orders are shipped correctly and properly within established criteria

  • Generate and review monitoring reports in a timely manner and accurately for all International Direct Shipment Accounts

  • Organize and maintain Foreign-to-Foreign shipments and collect required documentation (PreAlerts, Bookings, FCRs, etc.) for International customers or licensees

  • Confirm bookings are secured by the Vendor/Factory prior to the Customer’s Cancel dates

  • Invoice International Customers for direct shipments upon handover

  • Maintain pro-active communication with International Direct Shipment Accounts and with the Logistics Manager

  • Facilitate export shipment movement and document distribution to Freight Forwarders for export shipments

  • Organize and maintain US-to-Foreign shipments and distribute required documentation (annexes, NAFTA, SED’s, Packing Lists etc.) for international customers or licensees abroad

  • Maintain pro-active communication with Foreign International Accounts and with the Logistics Manager

  • All delayed deliveries are communicated to management timely for resolution

To perform the International Logistics Coordinator role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years equivalent experience in Global Logistics preferred

  • Computer proficient in MS Excel and other MS applications

  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred

  • Strong organization and customer service skills

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
