Oklahoma Heart Institute is currently looking for a member to join our team! The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Provider Resource Manager and/or Director of Operations. This position is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the physicians for all non-medical correspondence, meeting arrangements, etc.; providing administrative and secretarial support for the Administrative Team; coordinating and monitoring all non-clinical office schedules for the practice; and is responsible for organizing the Annual Physician's Symposium and coordinating a variety of speaking engagements and programs for the physicians.

Provide clerical/secretarial/support for physicians and other staff as needed.
Coordinates/communicates travel arrangements for physicians and other staff as needed.
Correlates and maintains non-clinical office schedules to include meetings, physician travel and depositions.
Vendor/HMC liaison for physician non-clinical needs.
Coordinates/schedules lunches for management and pharmaceutical reps.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- 1 – 3 years medical office experience
Excellent written/verbal/telephone communication skills are essential, along with basic computer knowledge.
