Performs installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of complex medical equipment in accordance with BSAHS policies and procedures.
Maintain documentation to satisfy regulatory requirements and improve quality of service.
Coordinates repair parts orders through Biomedical Engineering Manager.
Assist in project installations as assigned.
Utilize specialized tools and test equipment.
Provides second tier technical support to BMET I.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Associates of Applied Science degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in a hospital environment.
Position requires fluency in English language to function in job environment appropriately.
Must exhibit desire to exemplify the BSA culture, including the BSA Mission, Vision and the BSA Way
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good organizational and follow-through skills.
Ability to multi-task constantly and tolerate interruptions.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, flowcharts, diagrams and blueprints.
