The Dining Center of BSA Health System offers eight food stations serving Mexican, Asian, American food and much more. The dining center hours are open from 6am – 10:15am for breakfast and 11am – 11pm for lunch and dinner. The dining center is open every day including holidays and weekends. The dining center serves patients, family members, employees, guests and all customers.
Directs the operations and services for the Retail areas for BSA. and Nutrition Services Department. Maintain departments FTE’s. Assure policies and procedures are being followed. Follow department sanitation procedures.
Valid Texas driver’s license
High school diploma or GED is preferred
Safe serve certification a plus
Must be familiar with methods of food procurement, preparation, serving, sanitation, and food storage
Must possess supervisory skills and operational knowledge of food service equipment
Two years college education in food service management or nutrition preferred - May be substituted by two years working experience in food service management
Position requires fluency in English language to function in job environment appropriately.
