The DI Tech I operates radiology equipment to produce radiographic images of specified areas of the body and performs related technical x-ray procedures, in accordance with recommended radiation safety practices. Technologist will prepare exam rooms, equipment, supplies, and medications. The technologist will be expected to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, physicians, and intra- and inter-departmentally situations. Additional responsibilities as designated by Diagnostic Imaging leadership team.
Current State of Texas MRT license
Current ARRT License
Current Basic Life Support Certification / CPR –issued by American Heart Association
Ability to consistently provide safe patient care and excellent customer service to all patient populations
Possesses excellent critical thinking skills along with the ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment
Outstanding customer service skills
